We’ve wrapped up an extraordinary edition of Ibiza JoySail 2025, marked by a distinctly competitive streak within the Southern Wind fleet.
With twelve yachts at the Giorgio Armani Superyacht Regatta and seven at Ibiza JoySail, Southern Wind confirms its prominent presence on the superyacht calendar and proves to be the Perfect Balance for owners who seek both performance and the refined comfort of a luxury superyacht.
SW96 Liberty dominated the Performance Cruiser L Class, leading from day one under the expert tactics of VOR veteran Bouwe Bekking. Congratulations to her owner, whose skill and relentless energy at the helm were instrumental to her success.
Adding to the excitement in the Performance Cruiser L Class, SW94 Magic Blue secured two solid third-place overall daily finishes, while SW96 Ammonite impressed us all in her first regatta in full racing configuration.
RP-NAUTA 100 Morgana sailed consistently and without errors, earning a well deserved third place in the highly competitive Performance Class, closely followed by SW-RP90 Allsmoke, fourth overall.
Our heartfelt thanks go to the Ibiza JoySail organizers, whose dedication and enthusiasm made this one of the Mediterranean’s most memorable regattas, a formula that reflects the values and potential of Southern Wind yachts.
